Introduction 

G’day! We’re on the hunt for a Paid Media gun to join our constantly growing team at Hello Digital! As an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships, managing strategy and production for clients within the Paid Media space, and using a combination of these skills to lead multi-channel client projects. About You

Having a Paid Media Specialisation means that you have the capability to manage client strategies across multiple channels, as well as the technical skills to autonomously develop and execute strategies within the Paid Media medium such as Paid Search, Social, Display, Video, and more.

When it comes to Paid Media you will be intimately familiar with best practices, have strong experience in strategy development and execution, and be comfortable leading by example within platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Microsoft Ads. You may even be privy to programmatic! Either way, your specialisation isn’t just the work that you do, it’s your craft, and striving for excellence in this craft drives you forward.

About The Role

Your duties will include:

  • Strategy development, production, analysis, optimisation and reporting for clients across a range of Paid Media channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Programmatic Display & Video
  • Taking full ownership of client success across your full portfolio, delivering excellent relationship management, business analysis, strategy development and project management
  • Competently manage, allocate, optimise, pace and scale monthly media spend ranging from $3,000 – $100,000+
  • Supporting other members of the team as an expert in Paid Media, regularly improving your knowledge of Paid Media strategies and tactics, passing on learnings to fellow team members either informally or as part of a knowledge sharing initiative

  • Communicate exceptionally well using written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Apply creative problem solving to their clients where appropriate
  • Demonstrate impeccable time management and organisational skills
